Cost Accountant – Manufacturing (Bahrain)

• Develop, maintain, and optimize cost accounting systems to track production and operational costs.
• Analyze product and manufacturing costs, comparing actuals to standards, and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct internal cost audits, gold loss analysis, and recommend cost-saving measures.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management.
• Collaborate across factory, finance, and procurement teams to ensure accurate costing and compliance.
• Participate in ERP implementation and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

• Bachelor’s degree; CA / CMA / ICWA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in jewellery or manufacturing cost accounting.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, gold purity, rates, and jewellery-specific costing.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/SUMIFS); ERP experience a plus.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused, and able to communicate findings clearly to management.
