Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Receivable Specialist. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing and monitoring customer accounts, processing invoices, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments, and handling disputed accounts. The role involves maintaining accurate records of transactions and collaborating with internal teams to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies. The specialist will also prepare reports to track and monitor receivables performance metrics.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or proven work experience in a related field
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data
- Knowledge of finance practices and accounts receivable processes
- Experience with debt collection and invoicing processes
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- experience in accounts receivable or similar roles (building and construction company background is preferred)
