Accountant, Financial Reporting, Senior Accountant

As a Junior Accountant you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports for our company in Manama You will work closely with the senior accountant to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and provide support in various accounting tasks

• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements including balance sheet income statement and cash flow statement
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records
• Preparing bank reconciliations and recording transactions
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities
• Preparing monthly quarterly and annual financial reports
• Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Assisting with tax filings and other regulatory requirements
• Supporting the senior accountant in various tasks as needed

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in an accounting role
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
