Job DescriptionInvestment Accounting: Maintain accounting records for equity investments, mutual funds, bonds, private equity, dividends, interest, capital gains, fair value adjustments, and investment reconciliations.
Property Accounting: Handle accounting for investment properties, rental income, lease agreements, tenant receivables, service charges, property expenses, depreciation, and property-wise profitability reports.
Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly MIS, investment portfolio reports, property performance reports, reconciliations, cash flow statements, schedules for audits, and management presentations.
Systems &
Skills:
Strong knowledge of IFRS, advanced Microsoft Excel, ERP systems (preferably SAP), and Power BI. High attention to detail with strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
Personal Attributes: Excellent communication, confidentiality, ability to work independently, and support the Group CFO on strategic investment and property-related initiatives.
Desired Candidate ProfileExperience:
3–5 years of relevant experience in property accounting, investment accounting, treasury, or financial reporting. Experience in a family office, investment company, real estate, or diversified group will be preferred.
Knowledge of portfolio valuation, NAV reporting, and financial modelling.
Experience with multi-company accounting and consolidation in a corporate/group environment.
Familiarity with Bahrain VAT and basic international investment accounting would be an added advantage
