The Paymaster is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll while maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations This role plays a critical part in supporting payroll operations and delivering exceptional internal service to employees across the hotel

• Process monthly payroll accurately and within established timelines
• Maintain employee payroll records
• deductions
• allowances
• and benefits
• Ensure compliance with company policies
• labor laws
• and payroll procedures
• Prepare payroll reports
• reconciliations
• and supporting documentation
• Coordinate with Human Resources and Finance teams on payroll-related matters
• Handle employee payroll inquiries professionally and confidentially
• Support audits and ensure payroll documentation is maintained accurately
• Utilize payroll and HR systems to ensure data integrity and efficient processing

• Previous experience in a payroll, paymaster, finance, or accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of Bayan and OnTrack systems is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of payroll regulations and accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
