Job Description- Manage and coordinate the Executive's schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Organise travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Act as the point of contact between the Executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Monitor and manage email correspondence efficiently.
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of events and conferences.
- Perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.
- A degree or relevant qualification in business administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the Financial Services industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
