Office assistant

We are hiring a part-time office assistant to join our team in Manama Bahrain. As an office assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the office staff. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in a similar role who is looking for a part-time job.

• Greet and assist visitors and clients
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
• Prepare outgoing mail and packages
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
• Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

• Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Preference will be given to candidates who have their own visa or residency permit in Bahrain as well as those who can provide their own accommodation

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
