Project Manager, Operations Management, Change Management

Key Responsibilities

• Manage advisory projects from initial assessment through implementation and completion
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables
• Coordinate with client management, internal teams, regulators, consultants and external service providers
• Assess client operations, processes and organizational structures to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Support restructuring, transformation and operational improvement initiatives
• Coordinate insurance run-off projects including operational, claims, financial and regulatory work streams
• Manage projects related to establishing new insurance companies, branches or operations including licensing, operational readiness and implementation
• Coordinate the development and implementation of policies, procedures, workflows and operating models
• Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies and outstanding actions
• Prepare regular project status reports and presentations for clients and management
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and in line with quality standards and client expectations

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within insurance, consulting, advisory, or project management.
• Strong understanding of insurance operations and regulatory environments.
• Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders and work streams.
• Strong project planning, coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
• Experience in restructuring, operational transformation, insurance run-off, market entry, or business establishment projects is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively with clients, regulators, consultants, and cross-functional teams.
