On-Site Civil Engineer – Project Lead

Summary:

The Civil Engineer role in Bahrain is a critical position responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring project quality, and maintaining safety standards across construction projects. Responsibilities:

• Handle site inspections and resolve technical issues when required

Requirements
Requirements:

• Bahraini nationality is mandatory

• Valid CRPEP License is required

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction sector

• Must own a private car with a valid Bahraini driving license

• Ability to attend regular site visits across project locations

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering and construction works

• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities professionally

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects

• Strong site supervision and project coordination experience

• Good understanding of construction standards and regulations in Bahrain
