Responsibilities
- Lead the cost management process for interior fit‑out projects from initial budgeting to final account settlement.
- Develop detailed Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and tender documentation, ensuring accuracy and comprehensiveness for fit‑out works.
- Procure and manage sub‑contractors, conducting fair and transparent tender evaluations and contract negotiations.
- Monitor project costs diligently throughout the fit‑out lifecycle, identifying and mitigating potential financial risks.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Professional qualification such as MRICS, MCIOB, or equivalent is highly advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Quantity Surveying, with a significant focus on interior fit‑out projects.
- Proven track record of managing costs on diverse fit‑out projects, including commercial, retail, or hospitality.
