Construction Project Manager

A reputable construction company in Manama is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This includes planning, coordinating, and directing all aspects of the project to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and meets all quality standards.

• Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including clients and senior management
• Oversee the work of contractors, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure they are following project plans and meeting deadlines
• Manage all aspects of project budget, including tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed
• Ensure that projects are completed according to all safety regulations and quality standards
• Address any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors for materials and services needed for the project
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to stay on schedule

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager with a strong track record of successfully completed projects
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, building codes, and safety regulations
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
