Part-Time Construction Manager

We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Part-Time Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Manama. As our company continues to grow, we require a dedicated and knowledgeable professional to join our team on a part-time basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to overseeing the progress and quality of work. You must have strong leadership skills and be able to effectively communicate with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members.

As our ideal candidate, you should have at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in project management. You must also possess excellent organizational skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

This part-time position offers a competitive salary of $1200 per month, as well as accommodation.

• Oversee all aspects of the construction process, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Monitor progress and quality of work on construction sites.
• Communicate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of project expenses and timelines.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
