Construction Project Manager
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects in Manama, Bahrain. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Your duties will include creating project plans and schedules, managing budgets and resources, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
You must have at least 5 years of experience in construction management and a degree in civil engineering or a related field. Accommodation will be provided for the right candidate. This position is open to all genders.
Salary: $1500 per month
Responsibilities- Create project plans and schedules
- Manage budgets and resources
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Monitor progress of construction projects
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during the project
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Make decisions on behalf of the company regarding project direction
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards are being met
- Review and approve contractor bids and invoices
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail
- Experience working in Manama or other Middle Eastern countries
