Construction Manager - Manama, Bahrain

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Manama, Bahrain. You will ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time while maintaining high quality standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry and possess excellent project management skills.

• Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Create project schedules and ensure they are followed by all team members
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
• Manage project budgets and ensure costs are kept within budget
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Conduct regular site visits to check quality of work and address any issues that may arise
• Communicate project updates to clients, contractors, and other team members
• Hire and manage construction workers as needed for various projects

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Manama, Bahrain
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Preference will be given to candidates who already have their own visa for working in Bahrain.
