As a Mason Foreman in Manama, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of masons to ensure the successful completion of various construction projects. You will be expected to have extensive knowledge and experience in masonry techniques, materials, and safety practices. Your duties will include planning and organizing work schedules, overseeing the quality of work performed by your team, and ensuring that all construction projects are completed within the given time frame.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also possess physical stamina and endurance as this job may require you to work long hours in various weather conditions. Prior experience as a Mason or a similar role is required for this position.

• Lead and supervise a team of masons to ensure efficient completion of construction projects
• Plan and organize work schedules for your team
• Oversee the quality of work performed by your team
• Ensure that all safety practices are followed at all times
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to project managers
• Train new masons on techniques, materials, and safety practices
• Order necessary materials and equipment for projects
• Assist with masonry tasks when needed

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Mason or similar role
• Extensive knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, and safety practices
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to supervise a team effectively
• Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
• Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans
• Physical stamina and endurance
• Biometric passport preferred
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary: 1700$ per month with accommodation provided. This is a contract job based in Manama.
