Junior Construction Manager
We are a leading construction company in Manama seeking a Junior Construction Manager to join our team. As a fresh graduate in the field of construction management, you will have the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience and be mentored by our experienced team of construction managers.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in managing construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
- Prepare project budgets and cost estimates
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Review and approve project plans, designs, and specifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of construction processes and techniques
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
- Nationality preference:
Bahraini
Salary: 1400$ per month
