Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction quantity surveying, cost control, and contract administration.

• Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates
  .
• Monitor project costs, budgets, variations, and valuations.
• Prepare interim payment applications, subcontractor payments, and final accounts
  .
• Review contracts, quotations, and supplier/subcontractor proposals.
• Manage and evaluate variation orders and claims
  .
• Coordinate with the project, procurement, and site teams to ensure accurate cost control.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular cost reports
  .
• Assist in tender preparation, pricing, and commercial evaluations.
• Maintain accurate records of project costs and commercial documentation.

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
  .
• Construction experience in Bahrain is a must.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, cost control, variations, and contract administration.
• Good knowledge of construction materials, specifications, and pricing.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Locally available in Bahrain and able to join immediately is preferred.
