Urgent Contract Construction Manager

We are urgently seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Manama This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ and we will provide free visa and ticket for the right candidate This is an ideal opportunity for someone without experience in the construction industry as we will provide on-the-job training As a Construction Manager you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion You will work closely with architects engineers and contractors to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time You will also be responsible for overseeing the work of subcontractors and ensuring that all safety regulations are followed The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is detail-oriented organized and able to effectively prioritize tasks You must also have excellent communication skills as you will be working closely with various teams and stakeholders Previous experience in project management or construction is preferred but not required This is an urgent job so we need someone who can start immediately If you have a passion for construction and are looking for an exciting opportunity in Manama We welcome candidates of any nationality who are willing to relocate for this position

• Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
• Develop project schedules and monitor progress
• Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure quality standards are met
• Review project drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy
• Communicate with stakeholders including clients architects engineers contractors etc
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times
• Keep track of project expenses and stay within budget
• Conduct site visits regularly to monitor progress

• High school diploma or equivalent construction-related degree preferred
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
• Strong communication skills verbal and written
• Attention to detail and ability to spot and resolve problems quickly
• Ability to read and interpret project drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of construction processes materials and safety regulations
• Previous experience in project management or construction is a plus
• Must be able to start immediately
