ERA Projects seeks a seasoned cost estimator/quantity surveyor to join our Bahrain-based team. The role involves preparing cost estimates, BOQ and cost plans from architectural and structural drawings, while analysing material pricing and subcontractor quotations.
You will support procurement, draft and administer subcontracts, and value works for interim payments. Strong MS Excel, takeoff skills, and drawing interpretation are essential.
