A leading construction company in Bahrain is seeking a Planning Engineer with experience in developing and maintaining construction schedules. The successful candidate will support project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting for construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and update baseline schedules and master construction programs.
- Prepare and maintain project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules.
- Update construction programs based on actual project progress.
- Coordinate with project teams to collect progress information.
- Identify delays, schedule deviations, and potential project risks.
- Prepare progress reports and schedule updates.
- Assist project management teams with planning and scheduling activities.
- Maintain accurate planning and project control documentation.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- 1–3 years of relevant construction planning experience.
- Experience in developing and updating:
- Baseline schedules
- WBS
- Master construction programs
- Good understanding of construction project planning and progress monitoring.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Age Requirement: 27–35 years
