A leading construction company in Bahrain is hiring Finishing Supervisors with hands‑on experience in building finishing works, particularly for villa construction projects
. The successful candidates will supervise finishing activities and ensure quality and timely completion of assigned works.

• Supervise day‑to‑day finishing activities at construction sites.
• Monitor and coordinate block work, plastering, painting, and tile installation.
• Ensure finishing works are completed according to project requirements.
• Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, engineers, and other site teams.
• Inspect completed work and identify finishing defects.
• Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion.
• Ensure proper material usage and minimize wastage.
• Maintain quality and safety standards at the worksite.
• Report project progress and finishing‑related issues to the site management team.

• Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 1–3 years of relevant finishing supervision experience.
• Strong experience in:
  • Block Work
  • Plastering
  • Painting
  • Tile Installation
• Good experience in villa construction.
• Strong site supervision and coordination skills.
• Good communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Age Requirement: 27–32 years

• BD 250–350
• 8 Hours Duty
• Weekly 1 Day Off
• Overtime for work beyond regular duty hours
