MSCEB seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead cost control across pre- and post-contract stages. You will prepare estimates, Bills of Quantities, tender documents and final accounts, and supervise junior staff within a multidisciplinary team.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Quantity Surveying or Engineering, Chartered accreditation, and at least 10 years’ experience, including 5 in a senior role, with strong English, analytical, and numerical skills.
