Site Engineer / Site Supervisor (FIT-OUT WORKS)
This Full time on site position offers great opportunities for career growth.
We are looking for a Site Engineer with proven experience in fit-out and interior works to join our project team.
- Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for fit-out projects
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and approved materials
- Monitor progress, quality, safety, and timelines
- Prepare site reports, material requests, and work schedules
- Handle inspections and snag list closures
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in fit-out / interior works
- Strong knowledge of finishes, joinery, MEP coordination, and site execution
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Experience in GCC projects is an advantage
