• Supervise day-to-day construction activities on site, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule compliance.

Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and contractors to achieve project objectives.

Monitor and report progress, identifying potential risks and proposing solutions.

Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and regulations.

Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and execution of tasks.

Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any deviations from plans.

Support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies on site.

Assist in resolving technical issues that arise during construction.

Provide input on design improvements and practical solutions for on-site challenges.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction or site engineering.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality standards.

Experience in supervising teams and coordinating with contractors on site.

Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent communication and reporting skills in English.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
