As a Mason Supervisor in Manama, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of masons to complete various construction projects. You must have at least 5 years of experience as a mason and possess strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate your team.

The ideal candidate should also have a thorough understanding of construction materials, techniques, and equipment. This is an urgent job opportunity with a salary of $1300 per month.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of masons for different construction projects.
• Plan work schedules and allocate resources efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Provide on-site guidance, training, and support to team members.
• Monitor progress and address any issues or delays that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records of materials, labor, and equipment used.
• Collaborate with other supervisors and contractors to ensure smooth project completion.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a mason in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in managing a team of masons.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
• In-depth knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications.
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
