Urgent Contract Construction Manager in Manama

We are urgently seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Manama. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$, and we will provide free visa and ticket for the right candidate. This is an ideal opportunity for someone without experience in the construction industry, as we will provide on-the-job training.

As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time. You will also be responsible for overseeing the work of subcontractors and ensuring that all safety regulations are followed.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to effectively prioritize tasks. You must also have excellent communication skills, as you will be working closely with various teams and stakeholders. Previous experience in project management or construction is preferred but not required.

This is an urgent job, so we need someone who can start immediately.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (construction-related degree preferred)
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Attention to detail and ability to spot and resolve problems quickly
• Ability to read and interpret project drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations
• Previous experience in project management or construction is a plus
• Must be able to start immediately
