Role Summary
Responsible for supporting Retail Stores by designing and executing product customization in an innovative and creative manner to maximize customer experience and satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities- Understands creative and customer needs and determines presentation of illustrative designs
- Reviews existing ideas and concepts, revising and modifying them per customer requirements
- Conceptualizes, creates, and delivers digital graphics for printing on products
- Customizes and produces designs for printing on purchased products (e.g. jerseys, running shoes, t-shirts) per customer requirements
- Maintains an archive of logos, photos, design templates, and previous work for future use
- Identifies consumer preferences and trends and translates them into relevant styles and products
- Operates printing equipment and demonstrates proficiency with customization and design software
- Researches and stays current on design trends, equipment/software developments, and customer preferences
- High School Diploma
- 0–3 years of relevant experience
- Strong design skills with creative flair, originality, and graphic design flexibility
- Knowledge of graphic production processes for print
- Commercial and IT awareness
