We are in search of a skilled and creative Head Pastry Chef to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As the Head Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the pastry department and ensuring the delivery of high-quality pastries and desserts. You will be responsible for creating new and innovative pastry recipes, managing inventory and supplies, and training and supervising junior pastry chefs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pastry arts, with experience in a similar role. You must have excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. A degree or certification in culinary arts or pastry is preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$, with potential for growth within our company.
