Floral Designer

• Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
• Design and create floral arrangements based on client requests
• Select appropriate flowers, plants, and decorations for each arrangement
• Ensure quality and freshness of all floral products
• Maintain inventory of supplies and order new materials as needed
• Communicate with clients to provide updates on progress and make any necessary adjustments
• Collaborate with other team members to execute large-scale events or projects
• Keep updated on current trends in the floral industry

• Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and decorations
• Creativity and ability to come up with unique designs
• Excellent communication skills for working effectively with clients and colleagues
• Attention to detail for ensuring high-quality products
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays if needed

Education/Training: A degree in floral design or a related field is preferred but not required. However, previous experience in the industry is necessary.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1800$ per month.
