Senior Designer/ Animator We require an experienced Senior Designer/ Animator to join our creative team, someone equally comfortable creating a strong static key visual as they are bringing it to life through motion, 3D & emerging AI-powered creative tools. This is a hands-on role for a genuinely multidisciplinary designer with strong traditional design fundamentals, advanced motion & animation capabilities, and the technical versatility to create across multiple digital channels, platforms & formats.
What we're looking for:- 6-8 years' relevant agency, studio or in-house creative experience
- Strong graphic design, typography, layout & art working skills
- Advanced capability across Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects & Premiere Pro
- Strong 2D motion graphics & animation capabilities
- Experience in 3D design, animation & visualization using Cinema 4D, Blender and/or 3ds Max
- Ability to take creative from static design through to sophisticated motion & animated content
- Strong understanding of digital-first design across different channels & environments
- Practical experience with AI-powered creative tools & workflows, including Magnific AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway & other emerging image, video & animation tools
- An interest in exploring how AI can enhance creative development, production & efficiency
- Agency experience and the ability to work across multiple clients, sectors, & deadlines would be a significant advantage.
A portfolio/showreel is mandatory as part of your application and should demonstrate a strong mix of:
- Graphic & campaign design
- Digital campaign executions
- 2D motion graphics & animation
- 3D work
- Video/content
- Multi-format campaign adaptations
- AI-generated or AI-assisted creative, where applicable
