Junior Customer Experience Associate

As a Junior Customer Experience Associate, you will support the launch of a live shopping platform in GCC that combines live streams and real-time auctions. This role combines customer support, seller assistance, and live operations coordination, helping ensure smooth execution of live events and excellent customer experiences.
You will assist in onboarding and supporting sellers, helping customers with orders, and ensuring live shows run seamlessly. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who thrives in fast‑paced, dynamic environments and is motivated by learning, ownership, and impact.
Main responsibilities- Reply to customers via chat and calls
- Help buyers with orders, returns, and product questions
- Follow up until problems are fully solved. Never leave a customer hanging
- Turn feedback from customers & sellers into product & ops improvements
- Work with fulfilment, product, Account Management, and other departments when needed
- Represent Siin with warmth, clarity, and professionalism
- Act like an owner in every decision you make
- Some experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
- Strong ownership mindset and willingness to learn in a fast‑moving environment
- Good communication and relationship‑building skills
