Available Positions- Call Center Agent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Reception, Customer Service, or Call Center roles.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Office, booking systems, CRM software, and digital communication tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage appointments, customer inquiries, follow‑ups, and daily administrative tasks efficiently.
- Candidates with previous experience in laser clinics, beauty centers, aesthetic clinics, medical centers, or similar industries will be given preference.
- Welcoming and assisting clients professionally.
- Managing appointments and maintaining accurate customer records.
- Handling phone calls, Whats App messages, and online inquiries.
- Following up with clients and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Supporting daily operations and coordinating with different departments.
