** Duration:
** 2 Months We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Service & Logistics Intern to join our team for a 2-month period. This fast-paced internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience at the intersection of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will support both our customer service and logistics teams, helping to ensure smooth order fulfillment and positive customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, possess excellent communication skills, and be eager to contribute to a dynamic environment.### Responsibilities:
* ** Customer Service Support:**  + Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone regarding order status, delivery schedules, and product availability.  + Assist in resolving basic customer issues and escalating complex problems to senior team members.  + Maintain accurate customer records and interactions within our systems.  + Provide timely updates to customers on their orders and shipments.
* ** Logistics Support:**  + Assist with tracking shipments and coordinating delivery updates with carriers and internal teams.  + Help verify and process logistics documentation (e.g., shipping labels, proof of delivery).  + Support basic data entry for logistics activities and inventory movements.  + Communicate with warehouse personnel or third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth operations.
* ** General Support:**  + Assist with data collection and basic reporting for both customer service metrics and logistics performance.  + Contribute to ad-hoc projects aimed at improving customer satisfaction or logistics processes.###
