Junior Graphic Designer

The VisionHyperplane Innovation is a tech-forward firm engineering the future of digital infrastructure. We are opening a unique 8-week residency for an ambitious Junior Designer to translate our core brand identity into a comprehensive professional ecosystem. This is a high-impact, portfolio-first role where you will build a world-class startup identity from the ground up, moving beyond "student projects" to real-world corporate execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesOver a structured 8-week sprint, you will own the end-to-end design of the following assets:
- Brand Identity: Expand our existing logo into a full Brand Guideline manual (typography, colour DNA, and iconography).
- Corporate Essentials: Design premium Business Cards ,
Official Letterheads , and custom Forms/Internal Templates . - Sales & Strategy Assets: Create a high-end Price Catalogue and a modular 15-page Investor Pitch Deck .
- Web & Digital Presence: Design a high-fidelity Landing Page Mockup (Figma) and a complete Linked In Content Kit (Banners, icons, and post templates).
- Operational Design: Develop branded templates for Statements of Work (SOW) and Project Status Reports .
- Education: Recent Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related creative field.
- Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma .
- Aesthetic Alignment: A portfolio that demonstrates an affinity for high-tech, futuristic, and geometric aesthetics .
- Professionalism: Ability to meet strict weekly deliverables and maintain brand consistency across multiple formats.
- Language: Professional proficiency in written English.
As this is a Pro Bono Residency, we focus on providing maximum professional ROI for the designer:
- Portfolio Impact: You will be the primary designer responsible for the public face of a rising tech startup. This serves as a massive, "live" case study for your professional portfolio.
- Direct Mentorship: One-on-one collaboration with the Founding Team on brand strategy and market positioning.
- Future Growth: Potential for transition into a long-term role or a high-level professional recommendation.
