Senior Design Architect

MSCEB is seeking an exceptional Senior Design Architect to join our growing Architecture Department in Bahrain. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly creative and technically strong architect who can lead design excellence, mentor teams, and contribute to landmark projects.

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit
• Advanced use of AI tools for concept development, design reviews, and technical validation
• Minimum 10+ years of professional experience
• Deep knowledge of building codes, construction methodologies, and industry standards
• Strong ability to integrate design vision with technical requirements
• Excellent visualization, presentation, and communication skills
• Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams

• Design quality consistently achieving the highest standards
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to review and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience managing complex Revit models and BIM workflows
• Passion for mentoring and developing junior architects
