Landscape Architect

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Architect to join our Architecture team and support a growing portfolio of landscape projects.

The successful candidate should be capable of working independently, managing multiple assignments, and delivering landscape architectural packages from concept design through detailed design and construction documentation.

Strong hands-on experience in Revit is mandatory.

• Develop creative and practical landscape design concepts for private and public-sector projects.
• Prepare concept designs, schematic designs, detailed designs, construction drawings, technical details, and design reports.
• Develop and coordinate landscape drawings and BIM models using Revit.
• Coordinate landscape requirements with Architecture, Structural, Civil, MEP, and other disciplines.
• Prepare hardscape, softscape, planting, materials, and landscape construction details.
• Produce high-quality presentations and graphic materials to communicate design concepts.
• Manage landscape drafting, detailing, and project documentation.
• Assist with schedules of quantities and preliminary cost estimates.
• Attend client meetings, design coordination meetings, and internal project meetings.
• Participate in site inspections and construction-stage reviews when required.
• Support the resolution of landscape design and technical issues during project delivery.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities within a fast-paced consultancy environment.
• Maintain high standards of design quality, technical accuracy, coordination, and documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Required Experience
• Approximately 8-15 years of relevant professional experience in Landscape Architecture.
• Experience delivering landscape projects from concept design through detailed design and construction documentation.
• Experience with in an architectural, engineering, or multidisciplinary design consultancy is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage several projects simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating with architects, engineers, clients, and contractors.

• Revit - Mandatory
• Strong practical experience using Revit for landscape design, BIM coordination, technical drawings, and construction documentation.
• Experience with other relevant design and presentation software will be an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of landscape architectural design principles and construction methods.
• Strong conceptual design and technical detailing skills.
• Good understanding of hardscape, softscape, planting, and landscape materials.
• Strong BIM and multidisciplinary coordination skills.
• Strong graphic presentation and visual communication skills.
• Good communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and project priorities.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment.

Applicants without practical Revit experience will not be considered.
