Working closely with Product Development, CAD, Gemology and Production, the designer will bridge creative vision and technical execution, ensuring that every creation retains its original character while meeting the highest standards of craftsmanship, proportion, construction and production.

The role will involve both individual design creation and collection development, with the opportunity to influence the evolving visual language of Al Zain.

  • Maintain the House’s distinctive design identity while bringing fresh ideas and new designs to each collection.
  • Collaborate with Product Development and Merchandising to balance creativity, market relevance and commercial opportunity.
High Jewellery
  • Develop exceptional High Jewellery concepts with strong creative and technical depth.
  • Demonstrate a sophisticated understanding of precious gemstones, proportions, colour, composition and setting.
  • Design pieces that maximise the character and beauty of exceptional stones.
  • Work closely with Gemology, CAD and Production to translate complex concepts into technically achievable creations.
  • Participate in creative and technical reviews throughout development.

  • Ensure the final creation remains faithful to the approved creative direction.
