What Makes GROW Special?Participants will join under the Zain Youth three-year contract , providing a structured and supportive start to their career.
The program is designed to build professional confidence, workplace readiness, and essential skill development through real learning and engagement.

Program Eligibility Criteria- Be a university student or fresh graduate with a disability
- Have English communication skills (speaking and writing)
- Demonstrate motivation to learn, grow, and contribute
- Be committed to completing the development journey as part of Zain Youth
