IT TRAINER

Overview

We are looking for qualified IT Trainers in Bahrain for the following programs:
Cisco Cybersecurity;
Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA);
CompTIA.

• Training Delivery:
  Conduct instructor-led training sessions according to the approved course plan and schedule. Ensure that sessions are engaging, practical, and aligned with defined learning outcomes. Facilitate hands-on labs, demonstrations, and relevant activities.
• Assessment & Learner Progress:
  Administer pre-tests, quizzes, assignments, and post-tests as outlined in the assessment plan. Evaluate learner performance fairly and provide timely feedback. Identify slow learners and offer additional academic support when necessary. Ensure learners successfully pass their international exams.
• Course & Quality Compliance:
  Adhere to approved course outlines, session plans, and assessment methods. Maintain accurate training records, including attendance, assessments, and feedback. Comply with internal policies, awarding body requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Learner Support & Classroom Management:
  Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive learning environment. Address learner queries related to course content and progression. Enforce attendance, punctuality, and code of conduct requirements.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Participate in class observations, reviews, and internal evaluations. Update skills and knowledge in line with industry and certification changes. Contribute to course enhancement through feedback and suggestions.

• Relevant academic qualification in IT or a related field.
• Valid professional certifications and Instructor Certificates (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, LPI, CompTIA) relevant to the courses taught.
• A minimum of 3 years of training or industry experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to diverse learners.
• Basic skills in LMS, MS Office, and digital training tools.
