Strategic School Principal — On-Site

This is an on-site, contract role for a Principal based in Manama. The Principal will oversee the administration, management, and strategic direction of the school. Responsibilities include supervising faculty and staff, ensuring compliance with academic standards, fostering a safe and inclusive environment, managing resources effectively, and representing the school within the community. The Principal will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the institution achieves its educational and operational goals.Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Education (preferred) OR Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a school subject with
  
  B.Ed.
• Minimum 15 years of teaching experience, including 4–5 years in a leadership or instructional supervision role
• Strong knowledge of curriculum and instruction across national and international frameworks
• Proven ability to evaluate instructional programs and teaching effectiveness
• Demonstrated competence in managing budgets, personnel, and campus operations
• Ability to implement school policies, procedures, and improvement plans
• Strong skills in data interpretation, strategic planning, communication, public relations, and stakeholder engagement
• Experience in staff development, school admissions, and academic quality assurance
