Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS)
• Significant experience in a senior leadership role within a British curriculum school
• A highly visible and charismatic leader with the energy and ambition to inspire and motivate the Secondary school community
• Strong personal drive, high levels of self-awareness, resilience, humility and flexibility
• Passionate about teaching and highly knowledgeable about the National Curriculum for England
• A strong track record of school improvement and driving high standards of teaching and learning
• Ability to work collaboratively with the Principal and Senior Leadership Team on the strategic direction and operation of the school
• A deep understanding of safeguarding, statutory duties, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across the whole school community
• Experience working in an international or expatriate school setting is advantageous
