OverviewD3 Consultants is seeking a dedicated and experienced Homeroom Teacher on behalf of one of our educational clients in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will deliver high‑quality instruction aligned with the approved curriculum, create an engaging learning environment, support student growth, and actively contribute to the school community.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver knowledge and skills of the assigned subjects utilizing the course of study prescribed by the school's approved curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and pacing guides.
- Integrate technology and interactive tools into classroom instruction.
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs.
- Assess student performance and maintain accurate academic records.
- Provide regular feedback and communicate student progress with parents.
- Maintain high standards of classroom management and student behavior.
- Participate in faculty meetings, accreditation processes, and professional development (minimum 20 hours annually).
- Supervise students during assigned duties, transitions, and school activities.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities and school initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
- Teaching certification (preferred).
- Experience in an international or accredited school environment is an advantage.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional growth.
