Part‑Time Teaching Assistant - Manama, Bahrain

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part‑Time Teaching Assistant to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the lead teacher to support students in the classroom and ensure their learning needs are met.

• Assist the lead teacher in creating lesson plans and preparing materials for classroom activities
• Work with students one‑on‑one or in small groups to provide academic support as needed
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the lead teacher
• Accompany students on field trips and other school activities
• Help maintain a positive and safe learning environment for students
• Collaborate with other teaching assistants and staff to ensure successful implementation of curriculum
• Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions as required

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
• Previous experience working as a teaching assistant or similar role preferred
• Familiarity with classroom technology and educational software
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
• Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential

Working Hours:

This is a part‑time position with approximately 20 hours per week. The specific schedule will be determined based on school needs.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
