We are seeking a part-time Librarian to join our team in Manama. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for books and knowledge, as well as a flexible schedule. As a Librarian, you will be responsible for organizing and maintaining our collection of books, assisting library patrons with finding resources, and providing excellent customer service. This role is perfect for individuals without previous experience in a library setting, but with a desire to learn and contribute to our community.

• Organize and maintain the library's collection of books, magazines, and other materials
• Assist patrons with locating materials and provide recommendations based on their interests
• Maintain an up-to-date record of borrowed items and ensure timely returns
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate records of the library's stock
• Create engaging displays and promotions to attract more visitors to the library
• Provide assistance with basic computer tasks such as printing and scanning
• Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the library space

• Passion for books and knowledge
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
• Availability to work on weekends or evenings as needed
• Must have own visa in Bahrain
