Summary:

The Electrical Supervisor plays a critical role in the successful execution of construction and infrastructure projects by overseeing all electrical site activities, ensuring compliance with technical drawings, safety standards, and project timelines. This position requires a hands-on professional with proven experience in managing electrical installations, leading technical teams, and coordinating across multidisciplinary project stakeholders. The ideal candidate will drive quality, efficiency, and safety on-site while contributing to timely project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day electrical works at construction sites

• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and project teams

• Ensure electrical installations are executed in accordance with project drawings and safety standards

• Monitor site progress, workforce performance, and material usage

• Support testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities

• Maintain quality standards and ensure timely project completion

• Prepare regular site updates and progress reports

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor in construction or MEP projects

• Solid understanding of electrical systems and site operations

• Proven ability to lead teams and manage site activities efficiently

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work effectively under project schedules and deadlines

• GCC experience is an added advantage
