Overview

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks while ensuring smooth project progress from start to finish.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
- Experience with AutoCAD (Basic)
- Background in sales engineering or technical sales is preferred
- Handle sales inquiries based on client requirements and available resources
- Manage pre-qualification processes as per client requirements
- Review bids for feasibility, pricing, timelines, risks, and compliance in coordination with the Manager and relevant departments (Operations, Engineering/Technical Solutions, Legal, etc.)
- Ensure timely handover of quotes/orders to the Operations Manager for further execution
- Provide after-sales support to operations teams and customers
- Coordinate with Finance/Accounts Receivable regarding invoices
- Maintain and update crane manuals in coordination with the Engineering Department
- Proactively approach existing customers to generate new sales opportunities
