Overview
Rotating Equipment Supervisor — We are urgently hiring an experienced Rotating Equipment Supervisor for an oil & gas shutdown project
. The role involves supervising the installation, overhaul, maintenance, alignment, commissioning, and troubleshooting of rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, turbines, fans, blowers, and motors
.
The supervisor will ensure all activities are executed safely and efficiently in line with engineering standards, OEM manuals, project specifications, and HSE regulations
. The role requires close coordination with QA/QC, engineering, HSE teams, subcontractors, and vendors
, along with effective manpower planning to meet shutdown schedules.
- Salary: SAR 4,800 + FAT

Hours:
12 Hours / Day, 7 Days / Week - Employment Type: Work Visit Visa
- Project Type: Oil & Gas Shutdown Project
- Contract Duration: One Month
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 5–10 years of experience in rotating equipment supervision
- Strong hands-on experience with pumps, compressors, turbines, fans, and motors
- Experience in oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, or power plant projects
- Knowledge of laser/dial alignment, leveling, grouting, coupling installation
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and OEM manuals
- Experience coordinating pre-commissioning and commissioning activities
- Strong leadership, communication, and safety management skills
- High commitment to HSE and quality standards
