Our newest opportunity is for a talented BIM Modeler - Dry Utilities to join our award‑winning team remotely
.

Distance work can be considered if the candidate is based in their home nation (Outside of the GCC).

This critical role will work as part of the Infrastructure team, responsible for developing, updating, and maintaining accurate 3D BIM models for all types of dry utility networks. The role supports the BIM Engineers and BIM Coordinators by producing detailed and coordinated model content and generating 2D drawings directly from the 3D model.

We envisage success in this role to include:

• Developing the 3D models for Dry utilities such as and not limited to (Electrical, Telecom, Security, Street Lighting) using Autodesk Civil 3D.
• Creating technical layouts, duct bank configurations, and utility corridors based on the Engineering requirements.
• Ensuring compliance with the project's BIM Execution Plan, KEO’s standards, Authorities requirements.
• Collaborating with BIM Engineers, design Engineers to integrate the Dry utilities models into the multidisciplinary models.
• Supporting the BIM engineers in the clash detection and resolution process for the Dry utilities networks supporting the multidisciplinary clash resolution.
• Preparing annotated drawings with dimensions, labels and notes that compliance with the project's and industry standards using Autodesk Civil 3D.
• Extracting of the 2D drawings from the Autodesk Civil 3D models.
• Quality review for 3D Models and 2D drawings to ensure compliance with the project requirements.
• Supporting the junior 3D modelers in any related Autodesk Civil 3D issues.

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will have a Diploma in Drafting, or any other related subject. We welcome all levels of experience, preferably with 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.

Furthermore, you should demonstrate:

• Proficiency in software such as Autodesk Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit.
• Experience in extracting 2D drawings from BIM Models.
• Knowledge of Autodesk Navisworks Manage.
• Knowledge of the Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM
  360.
• Knowledge of Dynamo and Lisp is considered an added value.
• Fair level of spoken English to participate in coordination discussions and understanding instructions.
