Technical Manager – Precast & Ready-Mix Concrete
- Nationality: Open
- Experience level: Minimum 10+ years of experience in precast and ready-mix concrete operations, preferably within GCC region.
- Skills: Strong expertise in mix design, quality control, and compliance with international standards (European & American). Leadership and management skills to oversee technical teams, laboratory operations, and plant performance. Advanced analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel and ability to prepare technical and management reports.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field with specialization in concrete technology. Professional membership in a recognized engineering or concrete institute is preferred. Proven experience in Quality Management Systems and technical support for projects and clients.
