Overview
We are looking for an experienced Proposal Manager to lead end-to-end proposal development for major projects across the Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, Power, and Industrial sectors. If you have strong expertise in technical-commercial proposals along with hands‑on experience in static equipment fabrication, this role is for you.
Key Requirements- 15 years of experience
- 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong background in Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Shutdowns, or Mechanical Fabrication
- Proven ability to manage tendering, estimation, bid strategy
- Experience working with EPC clients in GCC (preferred)
- Lead and manage technical-commercial proposals
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams
- Review RFQs, drawings, and specifications
- Drive competitive pricing and bid strategy
- Mentor and lead a team of proposal engineers
